Emulsion Polymerization Reactor

PMI’s Advanced Emulsion Polymerization Reactor is designed for polymer synthesis under controlled temperature and pressure conditions.

Specifications:

Reactor Size 1liter double layer reactor with vacuum jacket
Reactor Vessel Reactor head equipped with gas inlet and release ports fitted with appropriate valves, additional ports for instrumentation, and a polymer sample outlet.
Stirrer Magnetic drive (1/4 HP) with anchor stirrer; speed range 10 to 800 rpm; interchangeable stirrer blades available.
Accessories Reactor equipped with sight glass, automated pH and conductivity meters, and an argon gas supply (with cylinder) to maintain an inert atmosphere
Temperature Ambient to 300 °C (minimum).
Pressure limit Atmospheric pressure up to 10 bar.
Data storage and control Data Storage and Control: Automated data acquisition and control via PC.
Electrical supply 120 VAC or 220 VAC.
