Automated Battery Burst Pressure Tester

The APP Automated Battery Burst Pressure Test System (ABBPTS) is designed to accurately determine the pressure at which battery casings fail. The system supports both pneumatic and hydraulic pressurization methods. The pneumatic system operates from atmospheric pressure up to 5,000 psi, while the hydraulic system operates up to 60,000 psi. The instrument can perform vent release and crimp burst tests, enabling precise identification of failure pressure. This system is widely used for battery safety testing, quality control, and research applications.
