Cyclic Pressure Control System

The APP Cyclic Pressure Control System (CPCS) is designed to generate precisely controlled cyclic pressure profiles for fatigue testing, durability testing, and pressure cycling applications. The system supports both pneumatic and hydraulic operation. The pneumatic system operates up to 5,000 psi, while the hydraulic system operates up to 60,000 psi. The CPCS is fully automated and microprocessor-controlled, allowing users to define minimum and maximum pressure limits, pressure ramp rates, dwell times, and cycle frequency. The system is suitable for laboratory, production, and research applications.
