Automated Pressure Gauge Calibration System

The APP Automated Pressure Gauge Calibration System (APGCS) is designed for precise calibration and linearity testing of analog and mechanical pressure gauges. The system operates from atmospheric pressure up to 60,000 psi using pneumatic or hydraulic pressure generation. Highly accurate master pressure transducers ensure precise calibration of up to nine gauges simultaneously. The system also supports cyclic pressure testing for fatigue and durability evaluation. The APGCS reduces calibration time, improves accuracy, and minimizes operational costs.
