Automated Pressure Control System

The APP Automated Pressure Control System (APCS) is designed to provide precise pressure generation and control for both pneumatic and hydraulic applications. The pneumatic system operates from atmospheric pressure up to 5,000 psi using air or nitrogen, while the hydraulic system operates up to 60,000 psi using compatible fluids such as water, oil, or alcohol. The APCS is fully automated and microprocessor-controlled, allowing users to program multiple pressure setpoints, hold times, dwell times, and pressurization rates. The system can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into larger automated testing or manufacturing systems.
